We only process your personal data when we are allowed to do so by law and for the purposes we have described below.

Purchase in store
If you buy a product in our webshop, we store your data to enable payment and possibly to send the products to you. Due to our obligation to keep records, we keep this data for 8 years. In addition, we also store the details of the order in order to answer questions about the order or the conformity of products and to check whether you have been the purchasing party.
When paying, we will also see which account this comes from and who the account holder is. We store invoices and payment details for 8 years to comply with our statutory retention obligation.

Account
When you create an account, we process your data to create the account and to give you access to the benefits of having an account. For example, you can checkout faster, save multiple delivery addresses, track orders and save as a premium customer. We store this information for you until you cancel your account.
Once a year we check which accounts are still active on our platform. Inactive accounts will receive a reminder from us. If there is no response, we will delete the data that we no longer have to keep due to a legal obligation within 1 year.

Reviews
When you are satisfied with us, we are happy to tell everyone. With your permission, we will publish your review, with your name/company name, e-mail address, age and gender, on our website and on our review site.

affiliate partners
If we work with you or the company you work for as affiliate partners, we will process the personal data you provide to us in order to bring the cooperation to a successful conclusion and to properly execute the agreement. We also process the data for invoicing purposes and store this data for up to 8 years after the invoice date for the benefit of our legal administration obligation.
Apart from this obligation, the personal data will be stored for up to 5 years after the collaboration, so that we may be able to contact you again for new collaborations.
